Limited Product Warranty

We guarantee product quality and will replace any defective product purchased through this site or through authorized resellers, provided that the product has not expired and has been used as directed. We will not guarantee or replace expired product or product purchased through unauthorized, illegitimate or unverifiable resellers or channels. Such products are by definition diverted and may be diluted, ineffective, expired, and/or counterfeit. They have not been subjected to the strict quality control processes and procedures that apply to our authorized resellers and we cannot vouch for their authenticity, quality, safety or condition.
